5 things you should swap if you wanna level up in life!

You know the saying… Garbage in. Garbage out.

Your inputs dictate your outputs.

And your actions dictate your results. 

So if you wanna level up in life or in business, consider swapping some of these things around… 

  • Swap Netflix for online courses 
  • Swap Doom scrolling for self development or business books
  • Switch late nights for more sleep 
  • Swap alcohol for water
  • Swap notifications for deep work


Cuz every time you say yes to something bad, you’re saying no to something good. 

And it’s not just the initial consequences, it also what happens after.

So yes, you'll get a hangover from a night of drinking.

But the medium term consequences could mean a dip in productivity for two days, it could mean you don’t hit the gym, or you underprepare for a big meeting and don’t win a contract.

The long term consequences could mean you make less money, can’t afford a family holiday, your partner leaves you and you end up homeless.

A bit drastic I know, but I say this for awareness… 

One bad decision can easily spiral into 30 negative consequences.
